Vendor Application for Draper Days

We invite you to participate in Draper Days 2010 by showcasing your business with a booth. We welcome information booths, marketing services or products, as well as those that offer on-site services or products. Candidates for public office may also lease a booth for campaigning purposes. Open: Friday, July 16th from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Saturday, July 17th from 10:00 am to 10:30 pm

Location: Draper City Park, 12500 South 1300 East

Booth fees:

• 10'x10' space with one (1) 8'x3' table, with canopy - $200
• 10'x10' corner space with two (2) 8'x3' tables, with canopy - $275

Booth sharing is permitted, but both participants must submit a complete application.

Application Deadline: The Application must be submitted with the appropriate fee. Please read through the Terms and Conditions for a booth at Draper Days prior to filling out your application.

Please Note: Draper Days does not offer access to electrical power for non-food vendors. Vendors are permitted to provide their own generator, providing it does not interfere with theoperation of other vendors. The Draper Days Committee reserves the right to require vendors to discontinue the use of their generator if it is deemed a nuisance or a risk.

The purpose of Draper Days is to provide a forum for community activities, promote a positive image of Draper City, enhance the community as a whole, and expose community members and visitors to the services available in Draper and surrounding communities. We ask all vendors wishing to participate to make their booth or activity consistent with these goals. We also recommend that whatever the ultimate purpose of your booth that you try to make it interactive by included a game, drawing or activity for the crowd.

Single Event Business License and Temporary Sales Tax Number. In addition to applying to be a vendor with the Draper Days organizers, vendors may be required to obtain a Single Event Business License from Draper City, a temporary sales tax number and other licenses or permits. These can be obtained after your application has been approved.
