Vendor Application for Draper Days
We invite you to participate in Draper Days 2012
by showcasing your business with a booth. We welcome information booths,
marketing services or products, as well as those that offer on-site services
or products. Candidates for public office may also lease a booth for campaigning purposes.

Open: Friday, July 20th from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Saturday, July 21th from 10:00 am to 10:30 pm
Location: Draper City Park, 12500 South 1300 East
Booth Size: 10'x10' space with one (1) 8'x3' table, with canopy.
Booth fees:
- West Field, "Children's Games & Car Show" - $275
- Main Walking Path - $300
- Food Court, "Captured Audience" - $350
- SE Triangle "Prime Real Estate" - $375
- Locations where power is available" - $75
Booth locations are subject to change.
Booth sharing is permitted, but both participants must submit a complete application.
Vendor Registration Deadlines: 50% deposit and location registration due June 15th. The remainder is due
with proof of Draper City Temporary Business License by June 30th. $75 late fee will be assessed after July 1st.
Please read through the Terms and Conditions for a booth at Draper Days prior to filling
out your application.
Please Note:Vendors are permitted to provide their own generator, providing it does not interfere
with theoperation of other vendors. The Draper Days Committee reserves the right to
require vendors to discontinue the use of their generator if it is deemed a nuisance or a risk.
The purpose of Draper Days is to provide a forum for community activities, promote a
positive image of Draper City, enhance the community as a whole, and expose community
members and visitors to the services available in Draper and surrounding communities.
We ask all vendors wishing to participate to make their booth or activity consistent
with these goals. We also recommend that whatever the ultimate purpose of your booth
that you try to make it interactive by including a game, drawing or activity for the crowd.
All vendors must also complete and send a Draper City Business License form.
